KĒPS™ is a decentralized peer-to-peer messaging and telecommunications application. Unlike traditional platforms, KĒPS™ relies on a decentralized architecture to facilitate text messaging, photo sharing, and voice calls directly between users. We do not provide centralized servers for the long-term storage or routing of your communications.

3. User Responsibilities & Content

Because KĒPS™ is decentralized and we do not store, monitor, or control user communications, you are solely responsible for all content, images, videos, and messages you share. You agree not to use KĒPS™ for any unlawful purpose, or to share material that is strictly prohibited by local, state, or federal law.

4. Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we do not require user accounts, passwords, or personally identifiable information to use KĒPS™. What happens in KĒPS™, stays in KĒPS™. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The KĒPS™ application, including its original code, design, logos, and features, are and will remain the exclusive property of Binary Computing and its licensors. The application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Binary Computing, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the KĒPS™ application.
